What it does for you

LeasingTrack should take work off your plate, not give you one more system to look after.

  • Saves you time

Rent charges are created every month, payments are matched against them, and tenants get a rent reminder on the day you choose. The paperwork that used to take an evening takes a few minutes.

  • Makes renting easier to run

A leaking tap, a renewal, a late payment: each has its place, with its photos, messages and history beside it. You deal with it once, instead of hunting through your inbox and chat apps.

  • Quick to start, quick to use

Your first property is in within minutes, with no setup project. After that, one search finds any property, tenant or document.

  • Clear at a glance

See what is let and what is empty, what came in and what is overdue. Every lease has a balance that adds itself up, and one list shows what needs your attention.

  • Fits the way you let

Flats, houses or rooms, each in its own currency. With or without your tenant on board, shared with a co-owner if you like — on your computer or your phone, in twenty-two languages.

  • Your data is safe

Your records are yours. We never sell them or pass them on, every connection is encrypted, and you decide who sees what, property by property.

How we look after your data

What belongs to a property stays with it

Every record belongs to a property and its lease, not to a separate list.

Properties

One flat or several dozen in one account, each with its address, size and base currency. Share a property with a co-owner or family member, with view or edit rights.

  • Leases and contracts

Start and end dates, monthly rent and deposit. Ended leases stay as history; renewal requests and notices to vacate are handled in the app.

  • Tenants

Primary tenants, co-tenants and guarantors stay with their lease, past ones included. Invite them by email if you'd like them to have access.

  • Finances

Monthly rent charges, payments and a balance for every lease. Income and expenses by category, each amount in its own currency.

  • Documents

Contracts, invoices and inspection reports filed with the property and the lease. From an invoice photo or PDF, the amount, date and category are suggested for you to approve. You decide what the tenant can see.

  • Communication and maintenance

Messages with tenants for each property, maintenance requests with photos and a status, and notifications by email and in the app.

What we're working on

  • Portfolio totals converted into one currency of your choice

Built for both sides of the lease

One account can be both: if you let a flat while renting one yourself, you switch between the two with one click.

As a landlord

The whole portfolio, and every property in detail.

  • Portfolio overview: vacancies, cash flow, latest entries
  • Properties, shared with co-owners
  • Tenant invitations, co-tenants and guarantors
  • Current and past leases, renewals, notices
  • Income, expenses, rent charges and balances
  • Documents, each private or shared with the tenant
  • Messages and a monthly summary email
  • Maintenance requests, move-in and move-out inspections

As a tenant

When your landlord invites you: a deliberately simple, phone-friendly view of your own lease and nothing else.

Up and running in three steps

No migration project and no setup: your first property can be in the system within minutes.

  1. Create your account

A name, an email address and a password. No card needed, and free for up to two properties.

  2. Add the property and its lease

Address, monthly rent, start date. From then on the monthly rent charges are generated for you, and payments are matched against them.

  3. Invite your tenant Optional

If you want them to have access, they get an invitation by email and see their own lease, balance and documents, in their own language. If not, LeasingTrack works just as well for your own records.

Not a generic CRM relabelled for rentals

  • One source of truth: property, lease, tenant, money and messages, connected.
  • Precise money: every amount in its own currency, with an unambiguous sign.
  • Everyone in their own language — from the interface to the email notifications.

Questions landlords ask first

The short answers. If yours isn't here, write to us — a person reads every message and replies by email.

  • What is LeasingTrack, in one sentence?

A place to keep a rental portfolio in order: every property with its leases, tenants, income and expenses, documents and the messages you exchange with the tenant — instead of a spreadsheet, a folder of scanned contracts and a chat thread you keep scrolling back through.

  • Is it really free?

Yes, for up to two properties: no card, and no trial that runs out. Larger portfolios need a paid plan — Plus, Pro or Business. During the introductory period every account has Pro free of charge, and nothing is ever charged without asking you first.

  • Does my tenant have to use it too?

No. LeasingTrack works in full for your own records: leases, rent, expenses, documents and maintenance history. Invite a tenant when you'd like them to see their lease, balance and shared documents, report issues and message you. They see nothing about your other properties, and use the app in their own language.

  • How is this different from a spreadsheet?

A spreadsheet holds numbers. It does not know which lease a payment belongs to, when a contract runs out, or where the signed PDF went. Here the rent charge, the payment, the contract and the conversation all hang off the same lease, so a balance is something the records add up to rather than something you maintain by hand.

  • Which languages does it speak?

Twenty-two: English, Hungarian, German, French, Spanish, Czech, Slovak, Ukrainian, Polish, Romanian, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Croatian, Serbian, Slovenian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Lithuanian, Latvian and Estonian. Everyone picks their own: the screens, the date and money formats and the email notifications follow it, so a Hungarian landlord and a Ukrainian tenant each use the app in their own language. What people write themselves — messages, documents, the lease — is not translated; everyone reads it as it was written.

  • Who can see my data?

You, and the people you give access to. A co-owner you share a property with sees that property, but not its documents or tenant messages; a tenant sees only their own lease and the documents you share. You can export everything, or delete your account, from the settings. The Privacy Notice has the detail.

  • Is my data safe with you?

Yes. Your records are never sold, used for advertising or passed on to third parties, and nobody at LeasingTrack browses them. Every connection is encrypted, passwords are stored only as a one-way hash, and you can add two-step verification or a passkey. The Privacy Notice has the formal detail.
