Why LeasingTrack?
We don't try to have the most features. We hold to a few principles, and don't compromise on them.
One source of truth
Property, lease, tenant, documents, finances and messages are connected. No searching three places for when the tenant paid and what they wrote about the leak.
Built around the rental relationship
Information is organized by real properties, leases and tenants, not generic customer records. Co-tenants, guarantors and ended leases all have their place.
Financial clarity
Money is treated with care: every amount keeps its original currency, income and expenses differ by more than colour, figures line up in columns, and formatting follows your language.
Landlord and tenant in one system
Landlords get a complete operational view, tenants a deliberately simple one. One account can be both, so someone who rents and lets doesn't juggle two profiles.
Made for small portfolios, without a dead end
It's built for landlords with a handful of properties, but the data model and access rights are designed so you won't need another system as the portfolio grows.
In your language
Languages are part of the product, not an afterthought: the interface, date and money formats and email notifications follow each person's language, so a landlord and their tenant can each use their own. What people write themselves is shown as it was written.
Who sees what
Your rental records are yours. You decide who has access, property by property.
- Who can see my data?
- You, and only the people you give access to. Each tenant, co-owner or guarantor sees what belongs to them and nothing more.
- What does a tenant see?
- Only their own lease: its rent and balance, the documents you share, their maintenance requests and your conversation. Nothing about your other properties or tenants.
- What does a co-owner see?
- The property you share with them, with view or edit rights. Its documents and tenant messages stay visible to you only.
- Do I decide which documents a tenant sees?
- Yes. A document stays private until you mark it visible to the tenant, and you can hide it again at any time.
- What happens when a lease ends?
- It stays in your records as history, with its payments and documents, so you can look back at any time.
- Can I take my data with me, or delete it?
- Yes. In the settings you can download everything as one file, or delete your account — without having to write to us.

It started with real renting
LeasingTrack started with a family's rental flats, where tenant conversations lived in Messenger, invoices were scattered and payments were tracked from memory. Its developer is a landlord too and runs their own flats on it first — every feature in it started from a real rental situation.
Start with your first property
A minute to sign up, and your first property has a home — with its lease, its tenants and its money beside it.
