About LeasingTrack

LeasingTrack is rental management software for private landlords with small portfolios. Each property is kept together with its leases, its tenants, its income and expenses, its documents and the messages exchanged with the tenant, so the balance of a lease follows from the records rather than being kept by hand. Landlords can invite their tenants, who then see only their own lease. LeasingTrack runs in the browser and as an Android app (in beta), in eight languages, and is free for up to two properties.

Logos

Use the light version on light backgrounds and the dark version on dark ones. SVG scales to any size without losing sharpness; PNG is for tools that cannot open SVG.

Horizontal logo

Our primary logo. Use it wherever there is room: in an article, next to other company logos, in a presentation.

Symbol

The symbol on its own, for small or square spaces where the name already appears nearby. Use it at 64 px or larger.

Brand colours

The green has two tones: the deeper one keeps enough contrast on white, the brighter one shines on dark backgrounds.

  • Deep green The symbol and “Track” on light backgrounds
  • Bright green The symbol and “Track” on dark backgrounds
  • Ink “Leasing” on light backgrounds
  • White “Leasing” on dark backgrounds

Using the logo

Please do

  • Use the files from this page as they are.
  • Leave clear space around the logo of at least a quarter of its height.
  • Pick the light or dark version to match the background.
  • Write the name as one word with two capitals: LeasingTrack.

Please don’t

  • Change the colours, or turn the logo into a single colour of your own.
  • Stretch, rotate or crop the logo, or redraw the lettering.
  • Add shadows, outlines, gradients or other effects.
  • Place it on a busy photo or a background without enough contrast.
