What people ask before signing up.
Do I need a card to sign up?
No. An account only needs a name, an email address and a password.
What counts as a property?
Anything you let on its own: a flat, a house, or a room let under a lease of its own. Archived properties don't count, and stay readable as history.
What happens when I add a third property?
Nothing changes for you today: while the introductory period runs, every account has the Pro plan — up to 50 properties and every paid feature — free of charge. When billing starts, accounts above two properties will hear about it here and by email before anything changes for them.
What does my tenant need to do?
Nothing, unless you invite them. If you do, they get an email and sign up with the same address. Their access is free, and LeasingTrack works in full for you either way.
When will I have to pay?
Not during the introductory period: the paid plans have their prices, but nothing is billed yet. Before billing starts you will hear from us here and by email, and you choose your plan yourself — nothing is ever charged without asking you first.
Can I get my data back out?
Yes. The settings can export everything your account holds, and delete the account with it, without writing to us first.
